Association of Clinical Endocrinologist and Diabetologist of Bangladesh (ACEDB) holds ownership of the Journal, and all aspects of journal management are exclusively overseen by the ACEDB journal division.

The submission and review process has been done by OJS software and the service is provided by Bangladesh Journals Online (BanglaJOL) under Bangladesh Academy of Sciences.
