Complaints Process

JACEDB is committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in all aspects of its editorial and publication practices. Authors and scholars have the right to raise concerns and request clarification if they suspect any breach of the journal’s policies or ethical standards.

Complaints may be submitted via email to: journal.acedb@gmail.com. All submissions are handled confidentially and assessed in accordance with established principles of publication ethics.

Concerns may relate to, but are not limited to, the following matters:

  1. Plagiarism
  2. Copyright infringement
  3. Misrepresentation of research data or inaccurate findings
  4. Violations of accepted research or ethical standards
  5. Undisclosed conflicts of interest
  6. Bias or misconduct in the peer review process
  7. Excessive delays in manuscript processing
  8. Inadequate or inappropriate peer review comments
  9. Authorship disputes

Upon receipt of a complaint, the complainant will receive prompt acknowledgment and assurance that the matter will be reviewed in a timely and impartial manner.

The investigation is conducted by the journal’s management team under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief. Following completion of the review, a formal evaluation meeting is held to consider the findings and determine the appropriate course of action. The final decision is subsequently communicated to the concerned party via the email address provided.
