Enhanced morpho agronomic appraisal of chili by the application of compost NPK and Eco-enzyme
Keywords:
Regenerative Agriculture, pH, EC, SPRAbstract
Plant height correlates strongly with the number of leaves and fruit. Leaf number correlates strongly with fruit number and biomass dry weight. Soil pH correlates strongly with mycorrhizal colonization on chili roots. Soil Penetration resistance and EC correlates strongly with biomass dry weight. Fruit number correlates strongly with fruit weight and biomass dry weight, but negatively with soil EC. Fruit weight correlates strongly with biomass dry weight, but negatively with EC. Biomass dry weight correlates negatively with EC. Compost, NPK and eco-enzyme increase soil fertility of marginal soil and the yield of chili. The correlation between soil fertility and morpho agronomic parameters of chili plants can be a guideline for agronomic actions in chili cultivation.
