Abstract

For the well-being of expectant mothers as well as their children, receiving skilled antenatal care for reproductive women is crucial worldwide. To take an appropriate number of ANC visits, it is important to ensure physical accessibility to health services, along with the travel time needed to reach the health provider. In this study, several factors, including community facilities and socio-demographic characteristics, have been considered to explore the strength and association with the likelihood of women seeking ANC visits in Bangladesh. This study finds that the travel time and main access road types have a significant influence on receiving skilled ANC of reproductive women in Bangladesh.
