The DCEMRI findings were compared and correlated with the findings of ultrasonography and mammography. The results revealed that the character of the nipple discharge was mostly bloody and in few cases were serous. The imaging findings revealed that DCEMRI is highly sensitive and specific in the detection of breast canner and the histopathological correlation in such detection was highly significant (p<0.001) as compared to ultrasonography and mammography finding.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0.25in 0pt; line-height: 13pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: " lang="EN-GB"><strong>Keywords:</strong> Magnetic Resonance Imaging; Breast</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0.25in 0pt; line-height: 13pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: " lang="EN-GB">DOI: 10.3329/bmrcb.v34i2.1174</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0.25in 0pt; line-height: 13pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: " lang="EN-GB">Bangladesh Med Res Counc Bull 2008; 34: 44-47</span></p>}, number={2}, journal={Bangladesh Medical Research Council Bulletin}, author={Choudhury, Shahnaz and Isomoto, Ichiro and Hyashi, Kuniaki}, year={2008}, month={Sep.}, pages={44–47} }
